Historic homes in Hillcrest, offices downtown, and everything out west — cleaned on a schedule that fits the city.
Little Rock is really several cleaning jobs in one city. In Hillcrest and the Heights, the houses are old and full of character: original wood floors, built-ins, claw-foot tubs and detailed trim that a rushed crew will damage or skip. Those homes get hand work and the right products, not one bottle for every surface.
Downtown and in the medical district around UAMS, the need is different — offices, waiting rooms and break rooms that have to look presentable every single morning, cleaned after hours so nobody is working around a vacuum. Out in West Little Rock, it is larger newer homes where the square footage is the whole problem.
We take all three, and we show up when we said we would. For a business, that reliability matters more than anything else on the invoice.

Hillcrest and Heights houses get the right product on the right surface — original floors, built-ins and trim included.
Downtown and medical-district offices done in the evening, so your team walks into a fresh space each morning.
Bigger floor plans on a weekly or bi-weekly rhythm that actually keeps up.

Yes — offices, waiting rooms, break rooms and restrooms, usually after hours or early morning. We can do nightly, a few days a week, or weekly.
Not at all, but it does change how we clean. Original hardwood should not be soaked or hit with harsh products. We use the right method so the finish lasts.
It depends on the home — bathrooms, size, condition and how often you want it. Rather than quote a generic rate, Yuri looks at what your place needs and gives you a firm number on WhatsApp before we start. No surprises after the fact.
